House update

A quick update for people not on Facebook.
We're not getting the house, but we're not upset at all about it.
The Seller counter offered, we don't want to take his "deal" (which is not really a deal) and we're not counter offering because our agent Lori already told him what it would be, and he's not willing to take that either. His counter offer is actually more than the original asking price, he told her he has to make a certain amount because he spent more than he planned to on flipping the house.
We're not interested in overpaying for a house, so we're walking.
We made a new list to look at. 5 houses, but we've seen 3 of them already. We want a 2nd look.
One of them we absolutely loved EVERYTHING about it, except for the fact that it only has one bathroom. There is a possibility of adding a 2nd, so we want to look at it again.
We'll find something that we like, we're not worried.
We have time. We'll find what we're supposed to.
