Recent happenings

A few days ago, we decided on a whim to get the girls hair cut. When it's long it's hard to manage, it gets so tangly and wild and they hate having it washed and combed.
We took them to the salon at Walmart and they were both so good while their hair was being cut.
We all love it, it's to much easier to wash and comb, and I think they are both so cute with short hair!

They love to play outside, and in their sandbox. This was taken before they knew I had the camera.

Hannah is constantly picking dandelions and anything she can find.

Yesterday Hannah had her 4 year old check up, and Josh had his 6 month check up.

They are both growing well and doing great!

Hannah weighs 31 lbs and is 38.75 inches tall. She's in the 14% for weight and 25% for height.

They asked me if I wanted her to have her Kindergarten shots then, or wait until next year.

I decided to have her get them over with. She was fine with it too, until they actually happened. Her last shots she was about a year old, so she didn't remember what exactly they were, even though I told her it would be three little pokes. She cried and cried and said she hates shots, they hurt! But now it's all over with and she doesn't have to worry about shots next year.

Josh is growing well too. He's 16 lbs 1 oz and 25.5 inches long. He's in the 23% for weight and 18% for height. 90% for his head circumfrence. He's got a big head!

He also got some shots, 3 pokes and an oral vaccine. He was not happy about that, but calmed down quickly. He also had a little adhesion that the dr had to fix, so he's still sore and uncomfortable from that, but he's doing ok. He's still a smiley happy guy, and very healthy!
