School!

Hannah and Abby went back to school yesterday! This is Abby's first REAL year of school instead of just preschool. She has the same teacher that Hannah had for Kindergarten, and she goes full day 8:30 to 3:30 except early out on Fridays! That is a lot of school for a young kid like Abby, but she's ready for it and she loves it already! Hannah is in 2nd grade and she loves her class and teacher already too. She's fascinated by her teacher's pet tarantula spider named Bitsy. She kept talking about it all last night.

Josh wanted his picture taken too. He was so mad that we had to leave the girls at school but he couldn't stay. We had walked Abby into her class to help her figure out where to put her backpack and lunch and he saw the fun Kindergarten room with toys and all kinds of fun stuff.
He had fun once he was home though. I was worried he'd be lonely but he's had a lot of fun playing by himself and playing with the dog. He's been fun and helpful too. We're going to the Library storytime tomorrow and  probably will go every week just for something to do. He'll go to preschool next school year.
